Over the weekend of Sept. 19 - 21, folks connected with Southern Methodist University students (including moms, dads, siblings and etc.) will celebrate the annual Family Weekend with a blend of longstanding traditions and new, fun activities.
The theme for this year's event is "SMU Safari," and the lineup of events includes:
* a luncheon co-sponsored by the Mothers' Club
* a barbecue co-sponsored by the Dads' Club (before the game against cross-town rivals TCU)
* a student talent show
* a Taste of Dallas dinner
* a Meadows Museum safari and lunch
In order to participate you will need to register here by Sept. 8.
