After a successful Democratic Convention in Denver and the hype of the upcoming Twin Cities Republican Convention, Dallas sets its sights on either of the 2012 Conventions. Though on the finalist list for 2008's conventions, we didn't put in a formal bid. Ostensibly, Dallas will go the extra mile this time around. DFW should be able to wake up by then from our 2011 Superbowl hangover.
