On Thursday, Dec. 4 at 6:30 p.m., residents of Arlington's District 3 will have a chance to hear directly from their elected City Councilperson (Robert Rivera) at a town hall meeting in Bob Duncan Center (2800 S. Center St.).
Councilman Rivera and special guest Paula Pierson (Texas State Representative for District 93) will present a progress report and update economic issues facing the community.
(That should take a while... hope they told the maintenance crews to take the night off.)
The meeting will also include presentations about the local economy, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Workforce Solutions of Tarrant County.
For more information call the Office of the Mayor and City Council at 817-459-6122, or e-mail Council Coordinator Ellen Brooke at Ellen.Brooke@arlingtontx.gov.
