Friday, December 5 marks the sixth birthday for Dragonfly restaurant at Hotel ZaZa.
To celebrate in style, Dragonfly will unveil its new fall/winter menu, filled with the flavors and textures of crisp wintry weather, and treat guests to a week-long culinary celebration culminating on December 6.
While several of Executive Chef Grant Morgan's culinary staples remain on the menu - including the 24 oz. bone-in Cowboy Rib Eye Steak - diners will enjoy a variety of new starters, entrees, and sides. Seared Foie Gras and Beef Tenderloin Tartare join a Roasted Organic Beet Salad and Butternut Squash Gnocchi; a Three-Course Chef Tasting with wine pairing; Duck Two Ways; and Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope are also new menu standouts.
Sunday, Nov. 30 through Saturday, Dec. 6, Dragonfly patrons will enjoy a host of special commemorative touches to celebrate six successful years:
- All ladies will receive a bouquet of six roses on Friday, Dec. 5
- Live happy hour entertainment, including the Josh Goode Band on Wednesday, Dec. 3
- Executive Chef Grant Morgan offers a six-course tasting menu showcasing items from the new Dragonfly fall/winter menu for $66 per person
- Additional entertainment and birthday surprises throughout the week
Put six on your list, and join Dragonfly for this memorable event. For more information, or to make a reservation, please call 214-550-9500 or visit www.hotelzaza.com/dallas.
