Friday, December 5 marks the sixth birthday for Dragonfly restaurant at Hotel ZaZa.

To celebrate in style, Dragonfly will unveil its new fall/winter menu, filled with the flavors and textures of crisp wintry weather, and treat guests to a week-long culinary celebration culminating on December 6.

While several of Executive Chef Grant Morgan's culinary staples remain on the menu - including the 24 oz. bone-in Cowboy Rib Eye Steak - diners will enjoy a variety of new starters, entrees, and sides. Seared Foie Gras and Beef Tenderloin Tartare join a Roasted Organic Beet Salad and Butternut Squash Gnocchi; a Three-Course Chef Tasting with wine pairing; Duck Two Ways; and Broken Arrow Ranch Antelope are also new menu standouts.
