We Need A Little Christmas
- When: Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, 7:30 p.m.
- Where: Buschman Theatre (TCU), 2800 South University Drive, Fort Worth
- Cost: $5 - $10
- Age limit: 6+
Texas Christian University's Theatre TCU will put on a holiday-themed musical review with multiple performances beginning this Thursday (Dec. 4) at 7:30 p.m. in the on-campus Buschman Theatre.
TCU faculty members (and Christmas mavens) Alan Shorter and Harry Parker have put together a program starring a cast of eight student singers, two student dancers and a professional jazz combo, all of whom will participate in the performance of over 40 popular Christmas songs (with a few lesser-known compositions thrown in for good measure).
It's all-singing, all-dancing, alll-Santa-hat-wearing fun, and you can get your Christmas on by calling the TCU box office at 817-257-5770 to reserve tickets for either the Thursday evening performance or one of the others (Dec. 5 - 7 at 7:30; Dec. 6 & 7 at 2:30). Tickets may also be purchased at the door prior to the performance.
Ticket prices are $10 to the general public, and $5 for TCU students, faculty and staff, with students from other schools and seniors getting the same discounted ticket deal.
Scrooge factor: no children under six allowed. So there.
