Carrollton-Farmers Branch superintendent stays her own execution firing
Sigh - I wish I had had this power at a couple of my previous jobs: Carrollton-Farmers Branch superintendent Annette Griffin has filed an appeal to her forthcoming firing, which would have most likely occurred at Thursday's school board meeting.
Since Griffin has filed the appeal, trustees are not yet allowed to kick her to the curb for allegedly drinking and driving, but they may still talk about it in future terms or decide to discipline her otherwise. The appeal may take some time as the process tends to be lengthy.
