Food for the Soul” art exhibit opens at Dallas library on December 7th

The Stewpot Open Art Program annual "Food for the Soul" exhibit will be displaying artwork downtown at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library through the month of December. Everyone is welcome to view the artwork during library hours. The exhibit will be located in the 4th floor Bradshaw Gallery.

The opening and reception is December 7th from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the artwork will be on display until December 29th. Admission is free, and the art will be on sale, with proceeds going to the artists.

The library is located at located at 1515 Young Street and open 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday - Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Stewpot Open Art Program is a community outreach serving the at-risk populations of Dallas. It is open to all people looking for an environment to express and create through the medium of art.
