Dallas officials say that the Convention Center hotel will cost a mere $356 million
DALLAS Dallas officials say that the Convention Center hotel downtown won't cost more than $356 million to build. The City Council will vote on Wednesday to sign off on a final agreement with developer Matthews Southwest, even though they may have trouble floating a bond and despite the referendum in May to stop construction entirely.
