Dallas man wanted for trying to run down police officer
Joseph Alford, 22, is in big trouble: He's accused of assaulting a woman at an apartment complex in the 4700 block of West Ledbetter Drive; drove toward police officer Buddy Brisco as if he were going to run him down; barreled out of the complex while officer Gregory Rutledge fired into the back of his car; then fled on foot.
