DART touting its shuttle service for Cotton Bowl Classic on January 2, 2009

This is the final Cotton Bowl Classic to be played at Fair Park, sniff sniff.

DALLAS — DART's Cotton Bowl Shuttle is the best way to see the Texas Tech Red Raiders and the University of Mississippi Rebels in the 2009 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic, the final one to be played at Fair Park.

Park free at a DART Rail station parking lot, ride DART Rail to Pearl Station and hop on the bus shuttle Friday, January 2. Shuttles start at 10 a.m., three hours before game time, and will run every 10 to 15 minutes with kick-off scheduled for 1 p.m. The last shuttle back to Pearl Station will leave the Cotton Bowl an hour after the game ends.

Premium day passes may be purchased for $5 and can be used for both DART rail and shuttle buses all day. Fares are cash only.

Riders with an Annual Premium or Monthly Premium Pass and riders with a Reduced Monthly or Reduced Day Pass do not have to pay an additional $2 for round-trip service from Pearl Station to the Cotton Bowl. Children under age 5 may ride free when accompanied by an adult with valid fare (up to four children).

Parking is not available at all DART Rail locations including Pearl Station.
