Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Dallas’ Reunion Tower hires young female chef from Minneapolis
The new execu-chef at Five-Sixty, the Wolfgang Puck-supervised restaurant at Reunion Tower, is Sara Johannes, says Overheard. (Overheard also says she's coming from Milwaukee, which is confusing since Johannes' FB page says she's in Minneapolis.) She's 31 and, says Nancy, a sous chef at 20.21, another numerically-named Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis.
