Stop me if you've heard this before: The Dallas ISD's revised 2008-2009 budget reveals that the district is still millions of dollars over budget and could see its reserve fund drop to dangerously low levels because of that (around $33 million when they should have over $100 million). However, $19 million of teacher salaries could be covered by Title I, a federal grant program, which would help out matters considerably.

Sure, my wallets open to bailouts. So how much do I need to pay for the DISD one?
My partner and I don't have any kids and never will but we're always eager to pay our unfair share of the burden.
