N9NE Steakhouse in Dallas’ Victory Park promotes chef to top spot
Chef Tommy Simpson has been with N9NE for the past three years.
DALLAS N9NE Steakhouse is pleased to announce the promotion of Chef Tommy Simpson as their new executive chef. Chef Simpson, who's been with N9NE for the past three years, is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and over the past decade has worked in many notable Dallas' restaurants. Chef Simpson served as the executive sous chef at Nobu Dallas and the Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa. Chef Simpson has also worked in some of Dallas' finest hotels including the Crescent Court Hotel and The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek.
