Lancaster library offering fine amnesty for the holidays
Now through December 31, you can have your overdue library fines forgiven for the low, low cost of a canned good or an unwrapped toy. The food and toy fines will go to the Lancaster Outreach Center to help needy families. At least one item or canned good is required for each separate fine and the “food fines” don’t cover lost or damaged items.
