Former Utah state trooper alleged to be freeway shooter
Former Utah state trooper Brian Smith, who attempted to commit suicide after a standoff with Garland police, has now been linked to the shootings on 635. Dallas police say initial ballistic tests matched evidence found from when he tried to kill himself to the earlier shootings.

That is a harsh comment to say,but is has some Victor Hugo meaning to it, while the power of power and who wears the badge, you have made good news in my response.....we should realize, people do change for the worse when they have so much power, and they do need to be brought down so they cant hurt other people again..A/T, ..The need for good reflection and loyal dedication.
