Sullivan’s Steakhouse in North Dallas curtails lunch hours
DALLAS After dabbling in serving lunch as well as dinner for the past few years, Sullivan's Steakhouse in North Dallas has decided to curtail the lunches and focus solely on dinner, said regional manager Ray Risley.
"Overall our business is better than it's been in the past, but we decided to stop doing the lunch hours after Christmas," Risley said.
"The last lunch we did was the 24th," Risley said. "We tried it for a couple of years there. It's not a reflection on our business or the economy -- overall, our business has been up. It's just not being able to turn out a good crowd during lunchtime."
