McKinney’s Heard Museum closes some indoor exhibit space for renovation
Beginning in Jan. of 2009 (which is only three days away, as of this writing), McKinney's Heard Museum will be shutting down some of their indoor exhibit space so that renovations can commence. The closed-off areas will reopen in the spring in conjunction with an exciting (it says here) new exhibit - details of which are pending announcement.
Even while the indoor space is partially cordoned off, visitors can still have fun in the Living Lab, hike the outdoor trails and take in Animals of the World: a Conservation Exhibit.
Plus, Dinosaurs Alive! has been extended to run through Feb. 1.
