The Joule, A Luxury Collection Hotel in Dallas has announced that they will be offering their Black Gold Experience from now through March 1st, 2009.
The Black Gold Experience offers one night at $340 and the second night for the price of a barrel of oil, which has dropped almost $100 in the past months to below $50. The price of the second night of your stay will be determined with the sound of the opening bell each morning at 9:30am EST, when oil prices for the day are announced. Newscasts around the world are reporting daily as the price of oil continues to drop, and now you don’t have to be an oil baron to vacation like one. The Joule’s Black Gold Experience offers world-class amenities and service without breaking the bank.
Through the Black Gold Experience, a complimentary $100 gift card from the flagship Neiman Marcus, conveniently located next door to the hotel, will greet guests in their rooms as The Joule’s own “stimulus package.” The Black Gold Experience is available now through March 1st, 2009 from $340, based on availability; certain blackout dates will apply.
