DEEP ELLUM The Dallas Police Department, Kettle Art Gallery, Deep Ellum Enrichment Project, and The Deep Ellum Association are hosting a town hall meeting Tuesday at 9pm. Dallas police officers Alan Bull (Lieutenant of Police, Central Division, Patrol East Bureau) and David Conley (Sergeant, Central Patrol Division, Patrol East Bureau) will discuss public safety and crime prevention. The meeting time is designed to accommodate people who couldn't previously attend town hall meetings scheduled by the previous mayor during regular business hours. Although the event is BYOB, there will be cops there, so be careful about open containers and don't arrive intoxicated in public.
