Fort Worth Council seeks public input on $150M bond proposal
FORT WORTH At Tuesday night's city council meeting, citizens will get another chance to discuss a $150 million bond package. The chief concern is infrastructure, especially roads — both new and in need of improvement. Projected traffic and growth may outpace the city's ability to keep up without raising taxes, even with bond funding. So the council is also considering developers fees to fund new roads. The council is expected to finalize the list of projects at the Feb. 12th meeting.
