— The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Painted Violins...Strings Attached project merges celebrated artists with the world of music to benefit children’s education. Thirty-two professional and celebrity artists of regional and national stature have taken bare wooden violins as their canvases and created strikingly individual and vibrant works that reflect a variety of styles and media, as well as personal concepts of art and music. The violins will be auctioned off at a special event on March 27 at the Fort Worth Club.
