Dallas’ “best front person besides Al Biernat” joins staff at Go Fish restaurant
Just in time for the restaurant's relo from Belt Line Road to the Village on the Green complex near the Galleria.
Michel Boutemy de Guislain joins the staff at upscale seafood restaurant Go Fish, announced Mike Hoque, head of Fresh Catch restaurant group. In 2004, de Guislain was voted "Best Front Person Besides Al Biernat" by the Observer. Most recently at Popolos, he was at the famed fancy-pants Riviera, and Paris Vendome, the French bistro at West Village that eventually became another branch of Mi Cocina.
Mark Curnow, formerly of Grotto, Tom Tom Asian, and Smith & Wollensky, has also joined Fresh Catch to oversee both Go Fish and Dallas Fish Market.

Whoever was working the front door at lunch last Thursday did a great job. Based on my meal, my faith in Go Fish could be restored.
