Dallas police arrested a suspect in the arson of a laundromat in the 12900 block of McCree Road late Sunday night. The fire started just after midnight, but was quickly contained by firefighters.

Firefighters contained the fire quickly, but they had to break into a neighboring tax office to fight it.
Needs elaboration. Did they throw a brick through a window, pick the lock...? If they used an ax to hack through the door, that's definitely newsworthy imo.
