Mansfield passes five-year limit on drilling permits
The City of Mansfield passed a five year limit on drilling permits. They decided on a limit over concerns that drilling projects under today's city standards and requirements may take years to start.

Plus it assures that Mansfield can plan on revenues from fee's every five years, allowing them to budget for a bloated bureaucracy, just like the big city folk do.
