Dallas police launched a helicopter-assisted search early Thursday morning (Feb. 14) for a missing woman believed to have been kidnapped by assailants in a robbery.
During the commission of the robbery, the woman's boyfriend was beaten; when the robbers exited the scene (in their white van), the man was unable to find his girlfriend and assumed she had been snatched. It turns out that she ran across the street and hid in a parking lot and was found later by police, who are currently debriefing both her and her boyfriend to find out exactly what went down.
