Four Dallas-area food professionals make list of nomination maybes from James Beard

The James Beard Awards people have released a laundry list of potential nominees for best chef, best wine service, best new restaurant, etc., and the list included four chefs from the Dallas area.
They still have to narrow down this list to finalists, so these aren't set in stone, but let's whoo-whoo at their even being finalists for the list of finalists, and they include: Anthony Bombaci of Nana and Sharon Hage of York Street for best chef in the Southwest; Dunia Borga of La Duni for best pastry chef; Stephan Pyles of Stephan Pyles for outstanding chef; and Fearing's for best new restaurant.

Sharon Hage of York Street has long been a finalist. She needs to win. Her thoughtful, cleanly presented, and delicious food is beyond compare.
