From this screen capture, it would appear that Ron Paul was the hacker.
The Dallas Police Department reported this morning that their website was hacked by an unknown person or persons, and that the hacking resulted in political rhetoric being posted on the site. The website will be out of operation until further notice while the Police Technology department investigates the incident to determine how they were hacked.
Now, I'm not saying they did it, but we do have a few prominent politicians coming to town soon. What better way to say Vote McCain/Obama/Clinton/Paul(?) than by hacking a website visited by, oh, tens of people every day?
