The No. 14 SMU women's swimming team wrapped up the Missouri Grand Prix by taking two top-10 finishes in the finals held Monday morning.

Freshman Elzanne Werth picked up 10th place overall in the final of the 100 LC meter butterfly, touching in at 1:00.61, over a second faster than her prelim time Sunday. Teammate Angela San Juan Cisneros finished just behind her in 11th place, clocking a time of 1:01.79. Justine Clark stopped the clock at 1:04.06, good for 23rd place.

In the 100 LC meter back final, Petra Klosova wrapped up her exceptional weekend by placing ninth in a time of 1:02.98, over a half a second faster than her prelim time on Sunday. Her performance qualified her for the Olympics, representing her home country of the Czech Republic, according to head coach Steve Collins.

Former Mustang Michelle Vlasakova completed the 200 IM LC meter final in 2:25.88, putting her in 20th place overall.

Complete results can be found on the official website of the 2008 Missouri Grand Prix here.

The Mustangs are back in action Feb. 27 through March 1 as they travel to Houston to defend their Conference USA title.
