Dallas FBI arrests three in insurance fraud scheme
Robert E. Casey Jr., Special Agent In Charge, Dallas FBI, announced today the arrest of Guillermo Andrade Espinoza, 41, of Forney; Crystal Villareal, 26, of Bedford; and Elizabeth Galvan, 45 of Bedford. All three were arrested February 20 without incident by Agents of the FBI Dallas.
In January, 2008 a State Grand Jury, 282 Judicial District Court, Dallas County, indicted Espinoza, Villareal, and Galvan for their alleged part in an insurance fraud scheme. They are accused of the theft of money, the value of which is more than $20,000, but less than $100,000, with the intent to deprive the owner of the money, Allstate Insurance Company, of said property.
The public is reminded that an indictment is not evidence of guilt and that all defendants in criminal cases are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
