Former Congressman Chris Bell in Dallas to watch live Austin Democrat debate with you at the Metro Grill
Chris Bell - one of the guys who ran against Rick Perry for Texas Governor (not the cowboy; not the grandma).
Former Congressman Chris Bell, best known as one of the guys who ran against Rick Perry for Texas Governor in 2006 (not the one with the cigar), will be in Dallas tonight for a Democratic Candidate debate watching party.
Hosted at The Metro Grill (4425 N Central Expressway), the event begins at 6:30 p.m. While it is apparently sponsored by the Clinton Campaign, surely you'll be allowed to cheer for whichever candidate, whichever one slings the mud to your liking.
The televised debate is being broadcast live from the University of Texas at Austin via CNN and should provide a pretty heated hour, as Senator Obama and Senator Clinton's cut-throat race more or less rests in the hands of we proud Texans.
A gathering of Obama supporters have laid claim to the Iron Cactus in Dallas (1520 Main St) where they'll be rooting for their person of choice, while the Clinton crowd has two more debate watchings, one in Fort Worth and one in Waco:
