Dallas woman raped after attacker followed her home from gas station
A 52-year-old woman was raped on Monday night by a man who followed her home from the Valero gas station at Maple and Arroyo. The man, who had complimented the woman's hair at the Valero, pushed his way into her home and held a can opener to her throat while he raped her. When he left he was careful to take anything he though might implicate him of the crime. Police are hoping security footage from the gas station will identify the rapist.
