Dallas City Hall sends back free tickets to Cotton Bowl
DALLAS Inspired by Mayor Tom Leppert's recent memo urging higher ethical standards in City Hall, free tickets for the Cotton Bowl sent to the City Council were returned to the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association.
Most of the city council members said that in past years, they gave them away. But with Leppert having recently sent out a memo establishing new ethics standards, it was decided to return the tickets altogether.
