UPDATED: Idiot teens arrested after pretending to be police in Fort Worth
Two teenagers wearing fake police uniforms and armed with an air pistol and pellet pistol were arrested early Thursday morning in Fort Worth after they allegedly attempted to pull over another car using red and blue flashing lights on their car. The arresting officers say they took the teens into custody after they witnessed the act.
UPDATE: According to the Fort Worth Police Department, Nasr Emad Saleh, 18, and Lonnie Lee Berry III, 19, have been formally charged with Impersonating a Public Servant and could both face up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Additionally, the "uniforms" that the dynamic duo wore were little more than black T-shirts with "SHERIFF" in big white letters on the front. I say again -- idiots!

Sorry, Aaron -- in my haste, I neglected to put the city in there. It's fixed now.

The S-T put up an article today that said the boys were looking for a thrill (duh). A fun little addition, however, was that one of the teens, a security guard, was looking forward to studying criminology in college and applying to a police department after graduation. Oopsy.
If only we hadn't taken these kids' cheese away. They would have better access to good, old-fashioned chemically induced thrills, leaving the rest of us the hell alone.
