Yet another Dallas County inmate to be freed after DNA testing
Charles Chatman, who has spent the past 26 years in prison after being convicted of rape, is set to be freed Thursday after DNA testing that his lawyers say exonerates him. If Chatman is freed as expected, he will be the 15th Dallas County inmate since 2001 to be set free because of DNA testing.
