Bus driver for Dallas-based Tornado whose crash in Arkansas killed four charged with negligent homicide
Felix Badillo Tapia, 28, of Brownsville, Texas, was charged with four counts of felony negligent homicide after testing positive for amphetamines. He's the driver of the bus that crashed in Arkansas and killed four.
Witnesses said he acted and drove erratically. He lost control of the bus which crossed an interstate median and hit a pickup truck and a tractor trailer. Three people on the bus died, as well as the driver of the pickup, and more than 20 were injured.
Tornado, which offered lots of routes to Mexico, was just shut down by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
