Fort Worth police anticipate faster response times after beat change
Areas north of 820 and east of 35W in Fort Worth have experienced less than satisfactory police response times. To alleviate the problem, beats have been split. Police hope this will shave at least two minutes off current average response times, and lessen much of the confusion between responders in Fort Worth and Tarrant Counties. For more information about how the counties will be split, read here.
