DALLAS Tracy Rowlett, award-winning news anchor on Channel 11 and one of the most respected broadcasters in Texas, will be Ed Bark’s guest on the next episode of The Uncle Barky Show. The show is set for Saturday, January 19, at 4 p.m.
The monthly live show, held at Stratos Global Greek Taverna, enables people to talk about the media and meet local radio and television personalities.
Bark, the TV critic for The Dallas Morning News for 26 years who now runs the Web site UncleBarky.com, will interview Rowlett before entertaining questions from the crowd. The first The Uncle Barky Show, featuring radio and TV funnyman Gordon Keith, was praised by the Quick newspaper as “a little slice of pop culture heaven.”
“Our first show really showed us this can work,” Bark said. “Tracy might be a little more serious, but I’m sure we’ll have a great discussion with a lot of insight and some fun as well.”
Admission is free, and Stratos promises Uncle Barky Show food and drink specials all day. Pegasus News plans to videotape the show for its Web site and broadcast on cable access television.

Last night I watched what I'm guessing was a re-run of the premier episode. Bark is an excellent host. Well worth watching.
