Colleyville-based Realty Capital Partners to start development in Allen

What will happen to Allen's pristine wilderness once the developers move in?
COLLEYVILLE According to this story in the Dallas Business Journal, it appears Colleyville-based real estate firm Realty Capital Partners is planning to introduce even more development to Allen.
The company has prepped 8 acres near the intersection of 75 and McDermott for three pad sites and eight office buildings. According to the report, already one of the pad sites has been claimed by a tire company.

Just what Allen needs: more reasons to boost traffic at this overcrowded and dangerous intersection! I know because I live three blocks from McDermott and four from 75. In the wee hours of the morning the 18 wheelers are going so fast sometimes my house shakes.
