Final 2007 Dallas Crime stats show 10% increase in robbery

— Police chief David Kunkle made a big-woo deal about crime being down almost 4 percent in 2007. But in the final analysis based on official year-end numbers released Tuesday, you're still more likely to be robbed in Dallas than you were before -- especially if you're at a bank. And those aren't the only crimes to increase last year.
