Fireside Pies opens third location in Grapevine
GRAPEVINE Consilient Restaurants has opened a third Fireside Pies in Grapevine.
"The Grapevine location of Fireside Pies exhibits the energy, intimacy, and warmth of the original location in Dallas in a richer, more finished setting," says Tristan Simon, CEO of Consilient Restaurants.
According to the press release, "richer, more finished setting" boils down to "a cozy Hill Country-style ambience combining fiery tones and the natural elements of cedar, copper, and Austin stone." Also, Simon promises that "the hand-crafted pie-making disciplines of the original Henderson Avenue location" will continue at the Grapevine location (regardless of the recent departures of any chefs).
A fourth location at the Inwood site that previously was home to Riviera-George-Urban Bistro will be open in about a month.
