FORT WORTH Everybody's favorite riding monkey is back: The Fort Worth Stock Show, which officially starts tomorrow (even though some events started Tuesday), will feature the triumphant return of Whiplash the Riding Monkey. Whiplash is a capuchin monkey who rides around on the back of a border collie while wearing full cowboy regalia. No word on when exactly he'll be performing, so I'd contact the Stock Show before you head out.
I tell you what, if you can't enjoy a tiny monkey tied to a dog's back for our amusement, then you just ain't American.

I like how, 22 seconds in, someone near the camera explains "it's a monkey!"
