Heroic Colleyville youth will be on Ellen Degeneres Friday afternoon

COLLEYVILLE Cody McCasland, 6, of Colleyville, will appear on The Ellen Degeneres Show on Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., part of her week welcoming favorite special kids.
Cody, born with a defect that left him without leg or knee bones, had his legs amputated when he was young. He wears prosthetics and has run in marathons, most recently getting on local TV for his presence at the White Rock Marathon in December.
