Dallas City Council nails DART board in meeting over funding shortfall
Their action item: send another letter.
DALLAS The Dallas City Council had a meeting with the DART Board to posture some more about how intolerable this funding fiasco is, which Schutze attended. DART president and executive director Gary Thomas revealed that DART knew about the shortfall of cash eight months ago. The City Council said that it intends to write another letter.
