UPDATED: South Oak Cliff High School will forfeit 2006 state basketball championship

OAK CLIFF Following a Belo8 investigation, South Oak Cliff High School will relinquish its 2006 state basketball championship. Star player Kendrake Johnigan was not academically eligible for play.
UPDATE: Dunbar High School will be awarded the first-place trophy after South Oak Cliff's forfeiture is finalized.
