Freed Dallas prisoner testifies before Congress
Charles Chatman, set free after DNA testing proved he was innocent, tries to get the Justice Department to use funds set aside for forensic science.
Charles Chatman, the latest Dallas County inmate to be freed because of new DNA testing, testified before Congress Wednesday as part of a hearing investigating why the Justice Department has not spent millions of dollars already set aside for forensic science.
