Mayor Leppert plans to market Dallas on Mexico trip
Tom Leppert is heading to Mexico to build relationships and start doing business with Mexico. One item on the agenda: the International Inland Port of Dallas project. But will he answer this question: when they build this inland port, will be stripped of the title "largest city with no port"?
