DART experiencing wind-related delays
Wind can play real havoc with elevated trains.
And in more wind-related news, DART is reporting that power outages caused by the ferocious windstorm sweeping through the Metroplex are causing train delays of 10-15 minutes systemwide. I have firsthand knowledge of this, as our evacuation of Pegasus News World Headquarters led to a 20-minute wait for a train, not to mention a valiant effort not to pull a Mary Poppins off the platform.
