Woman is given new puppy after her dog was killed by pit bulls

Last week, two pit bulls tore through Kerry Ponce's fence and killed her black lab, T-Bone. A Southlake man, after hearing the story, has now offered her a black lab puppy out of the litter his dog had last week. The owner of the pit bulls does not plan on getting the dogs back from the city.

The cat pictured in linked article looks pretty conniving. I'm not so sure getting another puppy is the best idea, considering the other was clearly whacked.
