Lockheed Martin announces 650+ layoffs at Fort Worth plant
FORT WORTH Lockheed Martin announced Wednesday that it will layoff 250 employees in April and eliminate 600 more positions this summer. Most cuts will be in the F-35 program. Of those, 200 people will be reassigned within their plant. The plant currently employs about 14,500 people.
